About HTX Restaurant Group
Ryan and Josephine Granger own HTX Restaurant Group, which manages 3 successful restaurant and catering concepts called Bodegas Taco Shop, Fia's Pizzeria and The Park Grill (Est. 2005). They have lived and worked in the Houston Museum District for 20 years. Hospital nurses, management, Museum directors, and staff - everyone knows them in the Houston Museum District community. The catering business started in 2005 and their food has been delivered all over the city of Houston and surrounding areas.
